O-1 VISA ATTORNEY FEES AND COST
Attorney Fees
Listed below are our visa and green card legal fees and the filing fees for USCIS. All fees include preparation of application, filing, and response to any RFEs. There are no hidden fees, we pride ourselves on transparency. Last updated July 2025.
Service | Cost Upfront | Cost On Approval |
---|---|---|
O-1A Visa (Non-Artist) | $3000 | $3000 |
O-1B Visa (Artist) | $3000 | $3000 |
O-2 Visa | $3000 | $3000 |
EB-1 Green Card I-140 | $3000 | $3000 |
EB-1 Green Card I-485 | $1000 | $0 |
An O-1A is an O-1 Visa for anyone in the fields of Business, Education, Science, or Athletics. An O-1B Visa is an O-1 Visa for anyone in the field of Arts. If you're not sure where you fall, just ask.
The EB-1 I-140 is the merit application that details your case. If that is approved, there is a much simpler background application filed after, called the I-485. We treat them separately due to there being a multi-year wait for the ability to file the I-485 for some applicants.
Filing Fees
These fees are paid directly to USCIS upon filing.
Application | Cost |
---|---|
O-1 Visa | $530-1655 |
O-2 Visa | $530-1655 |
EB-1 Green Card I-140 | $1015 |
EB-1 Green Card I-485 | $1440 |
Premium Processing | $2805 |
Premium Processing guarentees a return decision within three weeks, and the $2805 is in addition to the filing fee.
